Education is the process of facilitating learning, and acquisition of knowledge, skills, values and beliefs. Educational methods include discussion, teaching, training and directed research, it takes place under the guidance of educators ( teachers) in a formal or informal setting. A teachers role is a facilitator that helps the students to learn social and academic skills, through setting the tone of their classroom, building warm environment, being a role model and mostly by teaching knowledge to the children. So to be a successful teacher you should be skillful, and being a skillful teacher needs lots of reasonable efforts knowledge and practice.
I have graduated in 2018, from the department of Mathematics at LIU, and now I am working as a teacher at a private school, which made me register a Teaching Diploma in order to acquire educational skills that can facilitate my work in teaching grade 3 students and using different methods and strategies to teach them.
Skillful teachers never stop learning! They always update their techniques and methods. Someone said, "Life as a teacher begins the day you realize that you are always a learner."
